Our wedding specialist will work with you to select your date and take the necessary steps to secure your date.

As long as your date is secured with a deposit and contract we will hold your date for up to 24 months in advance.

Our event manager will work with you to schedule your tasting date, coordinate with vendors and ensure that your event is perfect

We require a non-refundable deposit due in order secure a date. This deposit will be applied to your final balance due. A deposit will be due at the time of contract signing. 25% of your remaining balance will be due 90 days prior and final payment in full is due (7) days prior to the event.

All advance deposits will be applied toward your final bill. Payments are accepted in the form of cash, personal check, money order, certified check.

We have variety of equipment on property, 20’ rear project screen, remote controlled zoned sound, changeable LED up lights.

The Admiral Room offers several parking options including full service valet in nearby parking ramps, as well as self-park options in surrounding surface lots or ramps on Pearl St. and/or Washington St.

We have retained the services of a renowned executive chef, who oversees our kitchen operations to ensure that we serve only the finest, freshest cuisine to our guests.

As we have invested in a state-of-the-art on-site kitchen and top quality culinary experts, guests may not bring in their own food vendors.

The Admiral Room is licensed with the New York State Liquor Authority. As such, we are required to comply with all rules and regulations of the New York State Liquor Authority. Shots are not permitted and guests may not bring their own alcohol.

You are prohibited by the health department from taking leftover food home after the event.

Yes, we have a ramp and handicap lift into the Admiral Room.

Yes. Nothing can be stapled, nailed, taped, or tacked into walls, and nothing can be hung from chandeliers or from the ceilings.

Yes, absolutely.

We have 72-inch round tables that can accommodate 10 people. We also have many other sizes such as 4 and 6 foot rectangular tables.

Chiavari chairs.

We have white and ivory but can offer many other colors and sizes.

The “admin charge” is a standard service charge for our vendors.
