Let’s talk about our staff:
2 managers, Cyndi and Josh- opened the Admiral Room and with the Brookwood Hospitality – management company since inception of 18 years and Josh for 13 years
1 manager- Kate- 3 years in the Admiral Room and with the management company 11 years.
Executive Chef- Tommy, he opened the venue, and with the management company for 16 years.
Head bartenders- 1- entire time and with the management company, Brookwood Hospitality for 12 years. The other LEAD is 5 years, and all other bartenders are approx 3 years.
Set up crew/ cleaners- minimum 5 years
Servers- most are 3 or more years with 3 opening the doors with us in 2018.
Employee Partnership with People Inc- Cleaning person- He has been with us for almost 3 years.

Cyndi shared some of their biggest competitor, have heard brides complain about how they have had 3 wedding coordinators in their engagement time (generally in WNY 12-18 months). That can get really frustrating. You WON’T find that with the ADMIRAL ROOM.
