Once you choose The Admiral Room for your wedding, we want you to have the tools you need to begin planning with confidence. Our wedding handbook serves as a helpful resource, giving you information and guidance as you start making decisions about your big day.

One of the most important parts of planning your reception is deciding how your space will look and function. Where will your guests sit? How will the dance floor fit into the room? Where should the head table, sweetheart table, or entertainment be positioned?   These decisions can be difficult to picture when you are looking at an empty room, which is why we provide sample floor plans to help you explore the possibilities.

Our sample layouts give you a starting point, but your wedding does not have to look like anyone else’s. We can discuss different arrangements and help you consider how your guest count, dining style, entertainment, and overall vision work together.

An Invitation to Our Open House– Sometimes, the best way to plan is to see possibilities in person.  We invite our couples to attend our open house every winter, where you can revisit The Admiral Room, explore ideas, and gather inspiration for your wedding. Seeing the space again can help you picture your celebration in a new way, especially as your plans begin to take shape.  An open house is also a wonderful opportunity to consider décor, table arrangements, and the overall atmosphere you want to create. You may discover an idea you had not previously considered or find inspiration that helps bring several elements of your wedding together.
