At the Admiral Room, we work closely with couples throughout every stage of the planning process. One of the most common — and most underestimated — sources of stress as the wedding date approaches is missing guest RSVPs.

Even well‑organized couples may find themselves weeks from their wedding without confirmed responses from a number of invited guests. When RSVPs remain outstanding, final planning decisions are delayed. Seating arrangements cannot be completed, catering counts remain uncertain, staffing schedules are affected, and key logistical details must remain unresolved.
